At 24lush, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and reliably.
Delivery Timeframes
Nairobi: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
Countrywide (Kenya): 3 business days from order confirmation.
Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Pickup: Free - collect your order from our location at no charge
Nairobi Delivery: KSH 200
Outside Nairobi (Countrywide): KSH 400
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.
Payment on Delivery
We offer payment on delivery for all locations in Kenya. Payment is made via M-Pesa mobile transfer upon delivery. Cash payments are not accepted.
Payment on Delivery Fee: An additional KSH 250 applies when using this payment method.
Delivery Requirements
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address
- A valid phone number is required for delivery coordination
- If delivery cannot be completed, our courier will contact you to reschedule
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- No one available to receive the order
- Customer unreachable
We will make up to 2 additional delivery attempts. After this, the order will be returned and a refund may be subject to restocking fees.
